Q~ Are your Crystals ethnically sourced?

A~ We only buy from reputable sellers on the open market. Dodgy mines are easily closed down eventually within a few years most of the time, so by doing business with people that have a long established history and reputation/feedback, legally registered in their Country, it's safe to buy their Crystals. Just look in to the supplier, it's easy to find out if they are shady. We hope all Crystal sellers have heart and conscience, and good sense while purchasing bulk.

Q~ Are my details safe?

A~ We are encrypted and secured and at no stage is your Credit Card information stored or kept. The only details we see are the last 4 digits of your card.

Q- How does your shipping work?

A- 1-2 Business days, shipping with Australia Post. We have a 100% transport safety and loss Guarantee for your peace of mind. If your purchase doesn't show up, free from transport damage, we will refund you. Stock is kept and shipped from Australia.

A~ We stand by our reputation and do whatever it takes to keep each and every one of our customers happy and coming back. We have a 100% satisfaction Guarantee refund policy. If something does not meet your expectations, send it back to us for a full refund.

 

 

Q- Where do your Crystals come from?

A- We get as much stuff as we can from our Local Wholesaler and also some from interstate Wholesalers. Rarer Gems and Minerals are sourced Globally on request. Everything is picked intuitively and lovingly by hand. If it's not amazing, we don't want it. We don't order and re-sell without viewing each Crystal, and NO drop shipping!
